CYLINDER HEADVALVECAMSHAFT Apply engine oil to the camshaft bearingsLubricate the cam lobes and cam chain with molybdenum oil solution
Do not turn the crankshaft while installing
Install the cam chain over the cam sprocket and insert the camshaft into the crankcaseCarefully align the punch mark ("250"side) with the index mark, then install the chain onto the timing sprocket of the crankshaftApply locking agent to the retainer bolt threadsInstall the bearing retainerRest the retainer against the stopper and tighten the bolt securely+1 ,
Apply molybdenum oil solution to the tensioner arm pivotApply locking agent to the pivot bolt threadsInstall the tensioner arm with the washer (between the arm and crankcase) and tighten the pivot boltTORQUE: 12 N'm (1.2 kgfm, Ibfft)
