CYLINDER HEADVALVECAMSHAFT INSPECTION CYLINDER HEAD
Be careful not tQ damage the valve seat and gasket surfaces
Remove the carbon deposits from the combustion chamberCheck the spark plug hole and valve areas for cracks
Check the cylinder head for warpage with straight edge and feeler gauge across the stud holesSERVICE LIMIT: 0.10 mm (0.004 in)
VALVE SPRING Check the valve springs for fatigue or damageMeasure the valve spring free length SERVICE LIMITS: INEX: Inner: 41 .1 mm (1.62 in) Outer: 42.9 mm (1.69 in)
