CYLINDER HEADVALVECAMSHAFT Measure each shaft .0
SERVICE LIMIT: 11.92 mm (0.469 in)
Subtract each shaft .0from the corresponding arm 1.0to obtain the rocker arm-to-shaft clearance
SERVICE LIMIT: 0.08 mm (0.003 in)
PUSH ROD
Check each push rod for wear or damageIf the push rod is worn or damaged, check the cam follower and camshaft
INSTALLATION
Coat new a-rings with engine oil and install them into the rocker arm shaft groovesApply molybdenum oil solution to the sliding surface of each shaftPlace the intake and exhaust rocker arms and the spring washers into the head cover in the direction as shownInsert each shaft into the head cover through the washer and arm
