ENGINE REMOVALINSTALLATION Route the alternator and gear position switch wires properly (page 1-18)Connect the alternator 3P connector and CKP sensor 2P connector and install them onto the frameConnect the gear position switch connectors
Connect the spark plug cap to the plug
Install new O-ring into the carburetor body grooveInstall the carburetor onto the insulator and tighten the two nutsInstall the following:heat guard (page 6-19)fuel tank (page 6-18)air cleaner housing (page 6-5)rear fender (page 3-5)exhaust pipemuffler (page 3-10) Fill the crankcase with the recommended engine oil (page 4-13)Perform the following inspection and adjustment:throttle operation (page 4-6)reverse selector cable inspection (page 4-20)clutch cable freeplay (page 4-21)
