FLOAT CHAMBER
Tap the float pin gently with suitable pin (0.02 mm) from the short boss side-
baffle plate float pin float float valve
BAFFLE PLATE FLOAT PIN
Check the float for damage or fuel in the float
Inspect the float valve seat for scores, scratches, clogging and damageCheck the tip of the float valve where it contacts the valve seat for stepped wear or contamination Replace the valve if the tip is worn or contaminatedCheck the operation of the float valve
