LUBRICATION SYSTEM Install the following while holding the shaft- pump coverdowel pinsscrew Be sure there no clearance at the mating surface of the pump body and coverInstall the washer and the E-clip with the chamfered side facing the washerTighten the screwPour small amount of oil into the pumpCheck that the oil pump rotates smoothly DOWEL=-_ PINS E-CLIPAND WASHER COVER

Clean the mating surfaces of the oil pump and crankcaseInstall the oil pump with the arrow facing upInstall the two bolts and tighten them
