Remove the following:mudguard and stays (page 3-7)two mounting nuts and boltsfootpeg Installation is in the reverse order of removal
TORQUE: Mounting nut: 32 N'm (3.3 kgfm24 Ibf.ft)

'06 and '07: Remove the three bolts and skid plateAfter '07Remove the 18 mm bolt, two 20 mm bolts, washers, collars and the skid plateReplace the bolts with new ones
