Turn the igniti on switch to ONCrank the engine with the starter motor and measure the ignition pulse generator peak voltagePEAK VOLTAGE: 0.7 minimum
If the peak voltage measured at the ICM is abnormal, measure the peak voltage at the ignition pulse generatorDisconnect the alternatorlignition pulse generator 3P connector and connect the peak voltage tester or adaptor probes to the ignition pulse generator side connector terminalsCONNECTION: Blueyellow 1+1Yellowwhite H
