BATTERY CHARGING SYSTEM
REGULA TORRECTIFIER
WIRE HARNESS INSPECTION
Remove the rear fender (page 2-4)Disconnect the regulatorrectifier 3P connectorCheck the connector for loose contacts or corroded terminals
BATTERY LINE
Measure the voltage between the Red wire term inal and groundThere should be battery voltage at all times
GROUND LINE
Check the continuity between the Green wire termi nal and groundThere should be continuity at all times
CHARGING COil LIN E
Measure the resistance between the White wire erminal and ground
STANDARD: 0.2 -1.0
