MAINTENANCE Check the vacuum hose between the PAIR control valve and carburetor insulator for deterioration, damage or loose connectionsMake sure that the hose is not kinked, pinched or cracked Install the fuel tank (page 2-6)
DRIVE CHAIN
CHAIN SLACK INSPECTION
Turn the ignition switch to OFF and shift the transmission into neutralCheck the cha in slack in the drive cha in lower run midway between the sprockets
CHAIN SLACK: 2030 mm (13161-316 in)
ADJUSTMENT
Loosen the four axle bearing holder boltsLoosen the lock nut and turn the drive chain adjusting nut until the correct drive chain slack is obtainedTIghten the axle bearing holder bolts
