FRONT WHEEUSUSPENSIONSTEERING Place the wheel assembly over the center shaft and
use the correct size cone to keep the wheel centered
during operation
Install the bottom hold down nut, bearing side
down, and finger tighten it so the wheel can rotate
freely during operation
Install the breaker arm assembly over the center shaft and adjust the upper rim supports to fit the outside rim diameterInstall the top hold down nut and tighten it finger
