BATTERY
REMOVALIINSTALLATION
Remove the seat (page 3-4)Remove the two bolts and battery holder
With the ignition switch to OFF, disconnect the negative cable firstthen disconnect the positive t+l
cableRemove the batteryCOfInect the poSlfrve (+) cable
Install the battery in the reverse order of removal wi th the proper wiring (page 1-18)After installing the battery, coat the ter minals with clean greaseInstall the seat (page 3-4)

VOLTAGE INSPECTION
Remove the seal (page 3-4),
Measure the battery voltage using commercially available digital multi meterVOLTAGE (20 C68F):
