BRAKE SYSTEM Install the pad pin plugs and tighten themTORQUE: 2.4 (0.24 kgfm1.8 IbHt) Squeeze the front brake lever to seat the caliper piston against the padInstall the rea wheel (page 13- 11)
BRAKE DISC INSPECTION
Remove the front wheel (page 13-11)Visually inspect the brake disc for damage or crackMeasure the brake disc thickness at several pointsSERVICE LIMIT: 2.5 mm (0.10 in) Replace the brake disc if the smallest measurement is less than service limit
