CRANKCASE BEARING
INSPECTION
Remove the rankshaft (page 1214)Turn the inner race of each crankcase bearing with you fingerT he bearing should turn smoothly and quietlyAlso check that the bearing outer race fits tightly in
the crankcaseReplace any bea ring if the inner race does not turn smoothly, quietly if the outer race fits loosely in the crankcase
FRONT CRANKCASE BEARING REPLACEMENT
Remove the two bolts and bearing setting plate
SEITING PLATE
Remove the countershaft bearing using the special IDOlsTOOLS: Bearing remover shaft, 15 mm 07936-KC10100 Bearing remover head15 mm 07936 KC10200 Remover eight 07741 -0010201 U.S.A TOOLS: Bearing remover, 15 mm
