AL TERNATORISTARTER CLUTCH Coat new o-ring with engine oil and install it onto the flywheel boltApply engine oil to the flywheel bolt threads and seating surfaceSet the boss onto the flywheel by aligning the cu outs and install the bolt,
Hold the flywheel using the special leal and tighten the bolt
TOOl: Flywheel holder
07725-0040000 or quivalent commercially availa ble in U.S .A
TORQUE: 74 N'm 17.5 kgf-m55 Ibf.ft)
Install the snap ing into the groove in the idle gear shaft with the chamfered edge facing the washer
sideApply molybdenum oil solution to the entire surface of each gear shaftApply engine oil to the reduction gear and idle gear
teethInstall the washer and idle gear onto the shaft, and the gear shaft into the crankcaseInstall the reduction gear shaft with the groove facing out, and the red uction gear onto the shaftInstall the rear crankcase cover (page 11-11)
