FUEL SYSTEM Remove the throttle cable from the throttle valveRemove the throttle valve spring and spring seat
Remove the jet needle retainer by releasing the tabs from the groove in the throttle valve

Remove the spring and jet needle
Check the throttle valve and jet needle for scratches,
