FRONT WHEELSUSPENSIONSTEERING Bend down the lock washer tab and remove the nut and lock washerDisconnect the throttle cable from the throttle armRemove the throttle arm, spring and throttle lever from the throttle housing
ASSEMBLY
Connect the throttle cable to the throttle armInstall the throttle arm spring and arm onto the throttle lever by aligning the slot
