CYLINDER HEADIVALVE INSTALLATION Remove the oil check bolt (6 mm bolt) and sealing washer from the cylinder head coverBlow open oil passages in the cylinder head cover with compressed airReinstall the oil check bolt with new s9aling washer and tighten the bolt
Turn the crankshaft counterclockwise and align the mark on the flywheel with the index mark in the
rear crankcase coverProperly install the push rods into the center groove
of the cam followers
INDEX MARK Install the dowel pins and new gasket
