YES Flooded car buretor Throttle valve open Dirty air cleaner Improperly adjusted pi lot screw Starting enrichment (SE) valve stuck open or damaged

3Spark Test
Perform the spark lest
Is the spark quality good?
NO Faulty spark plug Fouled spark plug
