1ECM and Gear Position Switch Connection In spection Remove the front fender (page 3-9) Check the connections of the ECM and gear position switch connectors
Are all connections good?
NO YESConnect the ECM andl or gea position switch connector securely- GO TO STEP 2
2Gear Position Switch Inspection at ECM
Disconnect the ECM 33P black connectorCheck for continuity between each ter minal of the wire harness side connector and groundThere should be continuity in each gear position as follows: ECM 33P CONNECTOR (Viewed from the terminal side) Pink WhiteJg reenLight greenlred
Reverse: Gray Neutrallight green red 1stWhite green 2ndPink 3rd: Bluewhite 4th: Yellow 5thUght blue white 1'05'07 except EPS model) Light blue (Atter '07 and EPS model)
Is there continuity?
NO YESGO TO STEP 3- GO TO STEP 4
