T oprevenr damage 10 the differential 011 seal, hold the mboardjOlnt
Hold the inboard joint of the drive shaft and tug firmly to force the stopper ring on the inboard joint end past the groove while prying with screwdriver
honzonral unrt! the
drrve shaft IS clear of the differential
Remove the stopper ring from the inboard joint
