FRONT WHEELfSUSPENSIONSTEERING Instal! the throttle arm with the spring over he throttle lever pivot by aligning the flat su rfacesInstal! new lock washer and the throttle arm nutand tighten the nutTORQUE: 7.0 (0.71 kgfm5.2 Ibfft) Bend up the lock washer tab ag ainst the nut
Install the housing cover with new gasket and tighten the three screwsTORQUE: 1.5 'm (0.15 kgfm1.1IbfftAdjust the throttle lever free play (page 4-6)

Loosen the wheel nutsPlace the support block under the frame to raise the front wheels off the groundRemove the wheel nuts and front wheel
