AL TERNATORISTARTER CLUTCH STATOR AND CKP SENSOR INSTALLATION Set the statorCKP sensor assembly onto the alter-
nator coverInstall the socket bolts and tighten them
TORQUE: 10 'm (1 .0 kgf.m, 7Ibfh)
Apply locking agent to the flange bolt threadsInstall the bolts and tighten them
TORQUE: Nm (0.6 kgfm 4.4 Ibfft)
Apply sealant to the grommet seating surface and install the grommet into the cover groove securely

ALTERNATOR COVER INSTALLATION
Clean the mating surfaces of the al ternator cover and rear crankcase cover thoroughlybeing careful not to damage them
