RECOIL STARTER
REMOVAL
Remove the following:
wire clip (from the starter hosing) four bolts recoil starter assembly
STARTER ROPE REPLACEMENT
When rhe (ope has broken or the pulley has rewound, align rhe rope holes by tummg lhe pulley 6-
Pull the starter rope fully to align the rope holes in the drive pulley and housing, and secure the pulley with vise pliers or equivalent tool to prevent the pulley from rewindingUntie the starter rope and remove the rope
