FUEL SYSTEM Tap the float pm gently With suitable pm(OD2mm}
Hang the float valve onto the float arm lip_ Install the float valve and floatInstall the float pin and tap it until the spline end is 0.5 0.3 mm (0.02 0.01 in) from the short boss surface
FLOAT LEVEL INSPECTION
NOTE: Check the float level after checking the float valve, valve seat and floatWith the float valve sealed and the float arm just touching the valve, measure the float level with the float level gauge
Set the float level gauge so ttJat It IS perpendicular to the float d7amber face
