HYDRAULIC DISC BRAKE Install new bracket pin boot into the caliper body and pack the silicone grease to the inside of the bootInstal each slide pin boot Into the grooves in the caliper body Apply silicone grease to the grea se groove in the slide pinInstall the sli de pin and set each boot rib into the boot grooves in the slide pinInstall the pad spring as shownBRACKET PIN BOOT
SLIDE PIN BOOTS Install the cone washer onto the slide pin with the concavity facing the bracket sideA pply locking agent to the slide pin threadsInsta ll the ca liper bracket over the caliper body and thread the slide pin into the bracket, being careful not damage the slide pin bootsMake sure the boot ribs are seated into the boot grooves in the slide and bracket pins properly
