HYDRAULIC DISC BRAKE
FRONT BRAKE CALIPER
DISASSEMBLY
Remove the front wheel (page 13-10)Drain the brake fluid from the hydraulic system (page 15-6)Remove the rubber cap and loosen the slide pinWhen removing the oil bollcover lhe end of lhe hose ro prevenr conrammalJon
Disconnect the brake hose from the brake caliper by removing the oil bolt and sealing washersRemove the front brake pads (page 15-9) SLIDE PIN
SEALING WASHERS
Loosen the slide pin and remove the fo ll owing from the ca li per body- caliper bracket cone washer pad spring bracket pin boot ca liper sli de pin (release the boot lib from the pin groove) slide pin boot
