HYDRAULIC DISC BRAKE Make s(I(e rile pad spring is installed correctlyAlways replace rhe brake pads In pairs 10 ensure even disc pressure
Install the pad shim onto new brake pad as shown Install new pads with the shim pad toward the pistonInstall th pad pins with new lock plate by pushing in he pads against th pad spring to align the pad pin holes
Be care'-ul not to damage lhe pads
Instal the brake caliper so the disc is posi tioned between the padsInstal new mounting bolts and tighten them
TORQU E: 30 N'm (3 .1 kgfm, 22 Ibf ft)
Insta ll he hose clamp with securely
a new bolt and ighten it
