FRONT WHEEUSUSPENSIONSTEERING Slide the boot off the throttle cable adjLlster Loosen the cable adjusterBend down the lock washer tab an remove the fo llowing- pivot nutlock washer throttle lever and plastic washerreturn spring throttle arm (by disconnecting the cab le)dust seal (from the housing) ADJUSTER
ASSEMBLY
Coat new dust seal lip with grease and insta ll it into the housingApply grease to the lever pivot in Ihe housing and to the throl1le cable end Install the plastic washer onto the thrOl1 le leverConnect the cab le to the throttle arm and Install the spring as shown Insert the lever into the housing and set the throttle arm onto the lever, aligning the flat surfacesInstall new lock washer and the nutand tighten th nutTORQUE: N'm (0.7 kgfm, 5.2 Ibftt) Bend the lock wa sher tab against the nut
