Align the lock washer tabs with the sp lined washe grooves lways install the thrust washer and snap ring with the chamfered (rolled) edge facing away from the thrust load Install the snap ring so its end gap aligns with the groove in the sp li nes Make sure the snap ring is fully seated in the shaft groove after installing itClean all parts in so lvent and dry them thorough lyApp ly molybdenum oil so lu tion to the gear rotating surfaces Assemble the mainshaft and counters haftLOCK WASHER
