Drain the engine oil (page 4-' 1)Remove the seatrear fender (page 3-3) Release the co nnector boot from the clampdisco ll nect the alterna torigni tion pulse generator 4P (white) connector and exciter coi connector (black! red wire)Remove the following- left side cover boltthree wire bandsneutral reverse switch clamps)
