Route the cam chain th rough the cylinder head and install the cy li nder head The large washer 's installed on the 'ronc side
Apply engine oil to the threads and seating surfa ce of the cylinder head nuts and install them with the washers Tig hten he four nuts in crisscross pattern in several stepsTORQUE44 Nm (4.5 kgfm, 32 Ibfft)
Coat new O-ring with engine il and inata ll it into the groove in the carburetor insulatorInstall the insulato and ighten the three bol tsInstall the following- camshafts (page 8-22)exhaust system (page 3-9)
