CYLINDER HEADVALVE
SERVICE INFORMATION
GENERAL
This section covers service of the camshaft, rocker arms, cylinder head and valves These services can be done with th engine installed in the frame When disassembling, mark and store the disassembled parts to ensure that they are re installed in their original loca tions Clean all disassembled parts ith cleaning solvent and dry them by lowing them off ith compressed air before inspection Camshaft and rocker arm lu bricatin oil is fed through oi passage in the cylinder head and head coverClean th oil passages before assembling them Be carefu not to damage the mating surfaces when removing the cylinder head cover and cylinder headDo not strike the cylinder head cover and cylinder head too hard during removal
