Remove the th ree bol ts, and the spark arrester and gasket
Use brus to remove carb on de posits from the screen es h, being careful not damage the screen mesh The screen mesh must be free of breaks and holesReplace the spark ar rester if necessaryInsta ll the spark arrester ith new gasket an tigh ten the bolts securely
NUTS, BOLTS, FASTENERS
Check that all chassis nuts and bolts are tighte ned to thei co rrect torque values (page 1- 12)Check that all cotte pins, sa fety clips, hose clamps and cable stays are in place and properly secu red
