ELECTRIC STARTER
STARTER MOTOR
REMOVAL
Remove the following: seat (page 2-4) recoil starter cover (page 2-4) With the ignition switch OFF, remove the negative () cable from the batteryRemove the two bolts and right engine side coverRIGHT ENGINE SIDE COVER
BOLTS Slide the rubber cap off the starter motor terminal and remove the terminal nut and starter motor cableRemove the two mounting bolts and ground cable, and the starter motor from the rear crankcase coverRemove the O-ring from the starter motorSTARTER MOTOR CABLE
