CRANKCASE ASSEMBLY
Clean the front and rear crankcase mating surfaces thoroughly, being careful not to damage themBlow through the oil passage in the rear crankcase with compressed airInstall the bearing inner race onto the crankshaft with the flange side facing inApply engine oil to new O-rings and install them into the grooves in the rear crankcaseApply liquid sealant to the mating surface of the crankcaseInstall the two dowel pinsINNER RACE (Mating surface)
Be careful not to interfere the front crankcase with the automatic transmission unit
