SUB-TRANSMISSIONGEARSHIFT LINKAGE Remove the cotter pin and washerBe sure to center the slide shaft of the spring guide slot when the gear position is in neutralIf it is not centered, loosen the lock nuts on the tierod and adjust the slide shaft position by turning the tie-rod BInstall the washer and secure the slide shaft with new cotter pinTighten all the tie-rod lock nutsTORQUE: 10 Nm (1.0 kgfm, lbfft) Install the following: front fender (page 2-11) left front mud guard (page 2-8) TIE-ROD WASHER SLOT SLIDE SHAFT
