ALTERNATORSTARTER CLUTCH Remove the wire grommet from the alternator cover grooveRemove the three bolts and alternator statorInstall the alternator stator onto the cover and tighten the three boltsTORQUE: 10 Nm (1.0 kgfm, lbfft) Apply sealant to the wire grommet seating groove and install the grommet into the cover groove properlySTATOR BOLTS
GROMMET Apply locking agent to the ignition pulse generator bolt threadsInstall the ignition pulse generator and tighten the two boltsTORQUE: Nm (0.6 kgfm, 4.3 lbfft) Connect the ignition pulse generator connectorCONNECTOR
