ENGINE REMOVALINSTALLATION Coat new O-rings with grease and install it onto the pivot boltApply grease to the pivot bolt groove and install the washer, linkage lever and pivot boltTighten the pivot boltTORQUE: 27 Nm (2.8 kgfm, 20 lbfft) O-RINGS
PIVOT BOLT Place the boot band over the propeller shaftInstall new stopper ring into the groove in the propeller shaftApply 58 of molybdenum disulfide grease to the pinion joint splines of the front differentialInstall the propeller shaft into the pinion joint, aligning the joint and shaft splines until the stopper ring seats in the grooveMake sure that the stopper ring is seated properly by pulling on the propeller shaft lightlyInstall the boot over the pinion joint securely and the boot bands into the boot groove(5-8g) PINION JOINT PROPELLER SHAFT STOPPER RING BAND BOOT
