LUBRICATION SYSTEM
OIL PRESSURE CHECK
PRESSURE INSPECTION
Check the oil level and add the recommended oil if necessary (page 3-12)Also, check the engine and oil line for external oil leak before checking the oil pressureClean around the sealing bolt with compressed air before removing the bolt, and be sure that no dirt is allowed to enter the oil gallery
SEALING BOLT AND WASHER
Remove the oil gallery sealing bolt and washer on the left side of the front crankcase cover
Connect an oil pressure gauge attachment and gauge to the oil gallery holeTOOLS: Pressure gauge (for 1,400 rpm (min-1)) Pressure gauge (for 5,000 rpm (min-1)) Gauge hose Pressure gauge attachment U.S.Aonly: Pressure gauge, 160 psi Adapter, 10 1.25 mm 07ZMJ-HN2A100 07KPJ-VD6010A 07YAJ-0010100 07YAJ-0010300 07FPJ-7520110 07KPJ-VD60100
