MAINTENANCE Remove the trim clips, radiator side plates and radiator grille plateTRIM CLIPS GRILLE PLATE
SIDE PLATE Check the radiator air passage for clogging or damageStraighten bent fins with small, flat blade screwdriver and remove insects, mud or other obstructions with compressed air or low pressure waterReplace the radiator if the air flow is restricted over more than 20 of the radiating surfaceInstallation is in the reverse order of removalInstall the front fender (page 2-11)
