NO YESNo problem (temporary failure)- Replace the ECM with known-good one and troubleshoot again
Problem Codes or 12: Gear Position Switch System 1ECM and Gear Position Switch Connection Inspection Remove the front fender (page 3-9) Check the connections of the ECM and gear position switch connectorsAre all connections good? NO YESConnect the ECM andor gear position switch connector securely- GO TO STEP 2
