LIGHTSMETERSSWITCHES Oil temperature indicator does not go off Disconnect the 33P black connector from the ECM (page 21-16)Turn the ignition switch to ON and check the oil temperature indicatorIf the indicator does not come on, replace the ECMFMFE models: If the indicator comes on, turn the ignition switch to OFF and disconnect the meter 14P gray connectorCheck for short circuit in the Bluered wire between the meter connector and ECM connectorIf the wire is OK, replace the combination meterTM model: If the indicator comes on, turn the ignition switch to OFF and disconnect the indicator 6P connectorCheck for short circuit in the Bluered wire between the indicator connector and ECM connectorIf the wire is OK, check the oil temperature indicator bulb socket
