ELECTRIC STARTER
STARTER MOTOR
REMOVAL
Remove the seat (page 3-4)Remove the recoil starter cover (page 3-4)Disconnect the negative (-) cable from the batteryRemove the two bolts and right engine cover
Slide the rubber cap off the starter motor cable terminal and remove the terminal nut and starter motor cableRemove the two mounting bolts, battery (-) cable and the starter motor from the crankcaseRemove the O-ring from the starter motor
