FRONT WHEELSUSPENSIONSTEERING INSTALLATION Install the knuckle onto the drive shaft (FMFE models only), and lower and upper arms with the ball joint nutsInstall the tie-rod ball joint into the knuckle with new nutTighten each arm ball joint nut to the specified torque and further tighten until its grooves align with the cotter pin holeTORQUE: 29 N-m (3.0 kgf-m, 21 Ibf ft) Install new cotter pinsCOTTINS, BALL JOINT NUTS
Tighten the tie-rod ball joint nut by holding the joint stud flat surfacesTORQUE: 54 (5.5 kgf m, 40 Ibf ft) Install new cotter pin
