FRONT WHEELSUSPENSIONSTEERING Remove the throttle lever with the plastic washerDisconnect the throttle cable from the throttle armRemove the dust seal from the housing bottom
ASSEMBLY
Coat new dust seal lip with grease and install it into the housing until it is fully seatedApply grease to the throttle lever pivotApply grease to the throttle cable end and connect the cable to the throttle armInsert the throttle lever with the plastic washer into the housingInstall the throttle arm with the spring over the throttle lever pivot by aligning the flat surfacesInstall new lock washer and the throttle arm nut, and tighten the nutTORQUE: 7.0 (0.71 kgf m, 5.2 Ibfft) Bend up the lock washer tab against the nut
