ALTERNATORSTARTER CLUTCH Coat new O-ring with engine oil and install it onto the driven pulley boltApply engine oil to the pulley bolt threads and seating surface, and install the bolt
Hold the driven pulley using the special tool and tighten the boltTOOL: Recoil pulley holder 07SMB-HM70100
TORQUE: 108 (11.0 kgf m, 80 Ibf ft)
Install the recoil starter (page 11-7)Install the air cleaner housing (page 6-5)
