Remove the following: recoil starter cover (page 3-4) left side cover (page 3-5) rear carrier (page 3-10) battery (page 18-5) fuse box starter relay switch 2P connector battery 2P connector starter relay switch 2P CONNECTORS FUSE BOX
STARTER RELAY SWITCH Remove the taillight 3P connector from the storage box and disconnect itRemove the following:two mm setting boltstwo socket boltssix trim clipsrear fender Install the rear fender in the reverse order of removal
