ELECTRICAL ('04'05) Coat new O-ring with oil and install it onto the oil cooler hose jointInstall the oil cooler hose joint onto the left crankcase cover and tighten the bolt securely
Route the alternator wire properly and install the wire bands (page 1-24)Connect the alternator connectorsFill the crankcase with the recommended engine oil (page 4-15)Install both front fenders (page 3-6)
