FRONT WHEELSUSPENSIONSTEERING After '05: Bend down the lock washer tabRemove the nut, lock washer and washerDisconnect the throttle cable end from the throttle upper arm and remove the throttle upper arm, collar, throttle lower arm and return springPull the throttle lever out of the throttle housingRemove the plastic washerRemove the dust seal from the throttle housingRemove the mounting screws and throttle lever switch assemblyDUST SEAL; NUTPLASTIC WASHER
ASSEMBLY
'04'05: Apply grease to new dust seal lip and install it into the throttle housingApply grease to the throttle cable end and connect it to the throttle armInstall the return spring onto the throttle armInstall the plastic washer onto the throttle leverApply grease to the throttle lever pivot and insert it into the throttle housing and throttle armInstall new lock washer and the nut, and tighten the nutBend the lock washer tab against the nut
